Return to Earth
Millennium
A graphically enhanced MUX telling you the story of a moon base and it's people as a huge meteor hits the earth.

You and your crew of Lunar Base 1 are all that remain of the shattered human race. At first you were simply a part of a lunar research team, but now your objective has changed radically. Instead of a minor research station, Lunar Base 1 must now become a functioning, congenial society in order to support the survival of mankind.

Only you can lead what remains of the human race and its culture to a new and revived prosperity. It's a tremendous, difficult, pressure-filled task only you and your friends can attempt.

The game is nearing it's alpha phase of development.

The MUX sends realtime data to a MYSQL/PHP interface that in turn creates real-time graphics for the website.
Live feed from the outer planets of our solar system.

Return to Earth features an ASCII -based waterfall type scanner for real-time space travel. In the screenshot my spacecraft is heading towards the planet Venus. The yellow * represents the position of the Sun. It is currently a bit towards your starboard side. Mars with it's two moons is at ~220 degrees (rear port side). There are also two unknown contacts (the two small dots). They might be other spaceships and require some signal analysis to become identified. The space is a big place and you can't just look out the window to identify your scanner contacts.
